In this seminar we will apply the key issues in secondary English language teaching discussed in depth in the Language Pedagogy I course. Special attention is paid to the planning and evaluation of lessons based on the Bildungsplan 2016 Baden-Württemberg. This seminar can be seen as a preparation for the ISP, thus parts of the seminar will be held in German.
Students are required to plan and design a teaching situation of a 45-minute lesson (in groups) of a combination of one area of expertise and one thematic topic. Students will receive guidance on how to conduct a teaching session and presentation at the beginning of the course.
